This Lamp is Black Sword's first Design. The Original Design seen here is made from what the industry calls "Shutterply." It's a inexpensive plywood glued and pressed together creating a pattern within the wood once cut, giving it a layered 'liquorice all sorts' look within the wood. This wood has been stained only with Imbuia, no varnish has been added, giving it a vintage dry Matt look. Light fixture is brass, and the light bulb used also adds to the design as it is totally over sized vintage carbon filament. Everything about it can be personalized to order, to the colour of stain, type of light fitting, type of bulb to be used, Black Swords will even upscale this lamp to just under three meters in height to just miss the ceiling to accommodate someone that wants that massive floor standing light that demands the centre of attention.
